Ebnother’s works on paper mark an interesting phase in his artistic development. They represent an independent exploration of colour, material and the picture plane.
In 2002, he moved into his new studio in Stanley, New Mexico. In this setting, following a lengthy hiatus from painting, he produced works on paper such as the one shown here. They are all in the same format, were created as a series and are supplied in a specially made box.
We exhibited these works in Europe for the first time in 2003. A CATALOGUE about the new studio and the works on paper was also produced at that time.
