For Lea Stephany, nature is the starting point for the motif and the material, as well as for the reflection on painting and its expansion beyond the classic image carrier.
She sees a parallel to her open, experimental and agile artistic process in the free, organic growth of nature. Her works are a field of tension that invites the viewer to explore it in a sensual and subjective way.

Born 1997 in Ulm
2018 – 2024 Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart
with Prof. Volker Lehnert, Prof. Holger Bunk and Prof. Alisa Margolis
2024 Exhibition at the Adolf-Hölzel-Haus.
