Christian F. Kintz takes a very unique stance – a stance that is independent of a preoccupation only with formalisms and their surface stimuli. The term “non-objective” also only applies to a limited extent to his energetically pulsating to softly glowing pictorial works. For the “object” of the Hamburg artist is on the one hand quite centrally the color and on the other hand the space in its various functions.
